We hope to see you out on the trails! Here at Red Crest, we require a few safety measures to optimize your enjoyment. Please wear long pants and closed toed shoes preferably with a sturdy sole or heel. To ensure the safety of our animals we have a 200 lb weight limit of guests. We can accommodate group sizes up to three guests of all ages. For larger group sizes or groups with multiple young children please inquire about availability. Guests will be required to sign a safety waiver and wear a helmet provided by Red Crest. Our experienced guides will have a pack for your valuables such as, phones and will provide you with a photo opportunity during the trail so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views. We can’t wait to show you the beauty of our farm!

Cancellation of an Appointment

Please be respectful of our small family farm and our horses and call us promptly if you are unable to show up for a scheduled ride. If a guest does not call to cancel a trail ride appointment, it is considered a “no-call-no-show”. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. To cancel appointments, please call 434-465-4626 and leave your name, phone number, and canceled ride time on our voicemail. If a trail ride is canceled less than 48 hours before the trail time or a guest “no call no shows” the guest will be charged for the full amount of the service.

Red Crest Guest Ranch reserves the right to cancel any trail ride booked and the participant will not be charged. No fee for canceling due to bad weather. Red Crest will do its best to notify guests of any weather cancellation 24 hours prior.
